By using the services of Himachali Rishta Matrimonial (“the Platform”), you agree to the following terms regarding payments and refunds. We provide two different membership options, and the refund rules differ for each.

A. Self Contact Membership (View Contacts Yourself)

This plan allows you to buy a subscription and directly view contact details of other members within the portal.

  • Subscription is purchased voluntarily after exploring free profiles and is an informed decision.
  • The Platform provides a self-service matrimonial listing and does not guarantee a suitable match, mutual interest, or accuracy of all member details.
  • We are not responsible if a member is not interested, unreachable, or provides incorrect information.
  • All payments for this service are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. No claims of refund, reversal, or chargeback will be entertained under any circumstances.

💰 Pricing Details

The Self Contact Membership plans start from INR 2,399/- to INR 8,200/-.
Special festive or promotional discounts may be available for selected profiles during certain occasions.
The exact applicable pricing for your profile will be visible only after login.

B. Prime Assisted Membership (Team-Assisted Service)

In this plan, our experienced Relationship Manager suggests profiles and speaks with prospective matches on your behalf.

Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first month, you may request a refund. After review, we may refund 50% to 100% of the amount paid, excluding registration charges.

Note: An amount of INR 1100/- included in the total fees is charged as one-time registration for Prime Services. These registration charges are non-refundable and remain valid for a lifetime for a single profile until marriage is fixed. The remaining amount represents the service charges, which are eligible for a partial or full refund based on service experience and satisfaction level.

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund percentage (50–100%) will depend on the services already rendered and the circumstances of the request.
  • Only genuine refund requests will be entertained, as our team invests significant effort in providing this service.
  • No one can guarantee matchmaking as it is a highly selective and personal matter.

💎 Prime Assisted Membership Pricing

The Prime Assisted Membership is an exclusive and highly personalized matchmaking service designed for members who prefer a fully guided experience with the support of our senior Relationship Managers.

Since this is a highly selective and trust-based service, the exact pricing is shared personally with our Prime Members after a detailed consultation and mutual agreement.

The overall package generally ranges from INR 3,500/- to INR 51,000/-, depending on the service type, profile availability, and duration.

Payments can be made in easy and flexible installments — a small advance at registration, another installment during service, a part once a match is fixed, and the balance after marriage. This structure is built purely on mutual trust and transparency.

All Prime users can monitor their service progress directly through our Prime Matrimony App, ensuring complete visibility and satisfaction throughout the journey.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from payments or services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the District Court Dharamshala (Kangra), Himachal Pradesh, India.
